8:30 am - 9:15 am - Welcome - Mingle, place your mat and get settled. 
Sign up for an EVOLT Body Scan - learn about your body composition from over 40 different measurements in just a 60-second scan. It will personalize recommendations based on your goals. If you plan to do the scan, come with an empty stomach - no drinking or eating before your scan. It only takes 60-seconds and then you can indulge.

9:15 - 10:00- Intention Setting & Mindset - Set your mind, clear your energy and get into your body with Movement & Flow with Sam 

10:00 - 11:00 - BSR (Breathe Stretch Release) - a unique, embodied method combining eccentric yoga-inspired stretching, Reiki-infused breathwork, and guided meditation to unlock the body and move stuck emotional and energetic patterns. Created by Rich Mancuso, BSR is a powerful tool for transformation. 

11:00 - 11:30 - Longevity Talk with Hayley/RXFit - Learn the science + strategies behind the tools we’ll be using: Sauna, Cold Plunge, Red Light, Compression Therapy, Self-Care Rituals

11:30 - 1:30 - Play Time - try all the toys and modalities:

• 15-min Sauna Session
• Cold Plunges
• Hot Tub
• Contrast Therapy - Cold and Hot
• Compression Therapy - legs and hips
• Red Light Therapy
